hmm juz heard of a unit called sof.. special operational force.. they had an exercise in tower b yesterday.. its part of the commando unit.. heard its training is much tougher den the commando training itself.. met a few of the unit people involved in the training.. mostly were captain and full lieutenant.. lolz.. so its like only the high ranking officers were involved in dis practice.. hmm.. so cool..

duty today.. but got my night rest.. woohoo..!! had been watching ppl playing x-box the whole afternoon.. winning 11 and grand theft.. hmm at night went to ops room to enjoy air-con there.. happened to watch a hong kong video.. rather touching at the end.. learnt a meaningful and encouraging phrase frm there.. couldnt remember fully but shld b around there..

hmm.. no stand by today.. decided to go to stadium for a run.. lol muz say my fitness had dropped.. though not alot.. coz i tink got abt 2 mths nv exercise le..?? hah but i tink stil ok.. 2.4 i did about 12 flat.. and pull up manage to do 6.. argh decreased by 3.. guess hav to visit the stadium more often..

hmm.. juz finished watching the last episode of the "destiny" in chn 8.. ending was rather nice .. and muz say the actors and actresses did a gd job..!! esp the bad guy shen cong ye.. realli make ppl hate him to the core.. i tink dis show brings out some msgs to the audiences.. tt you can choose the road you wan to go ahead.. and nt succumb to your destiny or fate.. hmm and oso.. to treasure wad u hav now.. ppl might heard dis phrase like 1 million times.. but putting it into action.. nt many ppl actually do tt.. talking abt tt.. i feel guilty.. in a sense tt i nv fully treasure my frenz.. really miss my lives when i was stil in jc.. all my sch frenz.. my juniors.. now tt i m in army trying to so called start a new life there and forget those civilian lives.. realise tt its totally so diff frm tt.. cant forget those memorable times wif my band frenz.. juz went to visit some blogs of my band juniors.. really makes me feel like throwing everything aside and juz go back to jc lives.. to have concert.. to play as a band together.. solve problems together.. laugh together.. haiz.. guess i cant enjoy tt anymore.. and YES trust me u will only realise when u leave.. coz honestly when i m stil in jc i hate dat kind of lives.. so ironic huh.. =(

hmm oh ya.. forgot to blog on tpjc concert day.. was on last fri.. juz 2 days ago.. and i missed it..!! haiz coz on tt day was duty.. heard overall was alright.. they performed betta after the 1st half.. heard oso they hav lots of fun.. haha congrats to them..!! hope the j2s will conc on their studies and do well for theirs As.. all the best to them..!!
