hmm.. no stand by today.. decided to go to stadium for a run.. lol muz say my fitness had dropped.. though not alot.. coz i tink got abt 2 mths nv exercise le..?? hah but i tink stil ok.. 2.4 i did about 12 flat.. and pull up manage to do 6.. argh decreased by 3.. guess hav to visit the stadium more often..
